A. Primary Outpatient Program
Group and Individual Therapy with educational component. Approximately 18 hours - usual/customary billing fees paid by insurance or discounted fee for cash based on patient ability to pay.
B. ‘Aftercare’/Relapse Prevention Program
Eight hours of group therapy, two hours of Individual, Intake/Evaluation Therapy.
Cash fee $445 or insurance payments.
C. Private Pay Primary Outpatient Program
Ten hours of Group Therapy, three hours of Individual/Assessment and Treatment.
Cash pay $800.
D. Short Term Outpatient Treatment
Eight hours Group Therapy, two hours Individual Assessment and Therapy.
Cash pay $445 or insurance.
E. Educational/Evaluation Program
Eight to ten hours of Group Education w/emphasis on Substance Abuse and Addiction. Discussion and Video Presentation. Cash only $245.
Individual Treatment or Group Therapy can be arranged to meet the needs of each individual and paid by insurance or discounted cash payments at time of service.
Alliance Counseling Center Therapy is accomplished by a licensed State Certified Substance Abuse Professional and the clinic is State Licensed and is a Certified State Mandated Clinic.
Free 20 - 30 minute Consultation can be arranged by phone or in the clinic.
Alliance Counseling is recognized by ARC/Addiction Resource Counsel and IPID Committee of Waukesha County.
